Collection: Beef
Our cattle are raised on open pastures and fed nutrient-rich alfalfa. Because alfalfa isn’t technically a grass, our beef isn’t “grass-fed only” — but in the final 60 days, our cattle enjoy a corn and grain mix that enhances flavor and marbling.
Every steak, roast, and grind is trimmed by hand, and our ground beef is made by mixing inside round with fresh trimmings for perfect texture and flavor.
