Medium Size Beef Filet Steaks come packed two steaks to a package.  Beef Filet Steaks are hand-cut 2-inches thick.   Average weight between 1-lb to 1-lb 4-oz Meat grade is High Choice to Prime.

Price is per pound $26/lb.  Due to the variance in actual weight, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the actual balance due when you pick up your order.
