D9 Farm Family
Five Generations. One Legacy. Our Story
Since 1918, our family has called the land around Paragonah, Utah home. What began as a small homestead has grown into a five-generation farm and ranching operation built on respect for the land, care for our animals, and service to our community.
This isn’t just where we work — it’s where we’ve raised our family. Our children grew up feeding animals before school, helping in the fields, and learning the values passed down from the generations who came before them. Chores turned into lessons, and lessons became the traditions that keep this family and this farm rooted.
Every pasture, fence line, and early morning out in the fields carries a piece of our family’s story. We’ve weathered droughts, celebrated new baby animals, taught our kids to drive tractors long before cars, and gathered around this land for every milestone that mattered.
Today, we continue the legacy with the same simple belief that guided the first generation: care for the land, care for the animals, and take care of people.
It’s a way of life — and it’s one we’re proud to share with our community.
How we work
Honest Food, Raised the Right way
From cattle and hogs to lambs and goats, every animal we raise is cared for with intention. Our crops are grown to feed our livestock, our families, and our community. And every cut of meat processed through D9 Meats is prepared the same way it has been since 1968 — by hand, with pride, and with the family’s own standards for quality.
Because for us, this isn’t just a business. It’s our heritage — our name — and our way of life.
