Our pork is raised through D9 Farms and other trusted local ranchers who share our commitment to quality and care. We process everything in small batches for freshness and consistency.
Our Traditional Sausage is still hand-mixed using our family recipe of sage, salt, and pepper — the same blend we’ve used since 1968. We also offer Italian Sausage, bacon, and pre-cooked sausage links, with the smoked and cured products crafted by a reputable Salt Lake City processor.
