Beef - New Steak Steaks

Beef New York Steaks, also known as New York Strip Steak, come packed two steaks to a package.  New York Steaks are cut 1-inch thick.  Average weight between 1-lb to 1-lbs 8oz.  The New York Steak is cut away from the T-Bone.  Meat grade is High Choice to Prime.

Price is per pound $18/lb.  Due to the variance in actual weight, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the actual balance due when you pick up your order.
