Beef Tri-Tip comes packed as a single Tri-Tip. Tri-Tips are hand trimmed with the average weight between 2-lbs 12 oz and 4-lbs 2 oz. Meat grade is High Choice to Prime.
Price is per pound $10/lb. Due to the variance in actual weight, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the actual balance due when you pick up your order.
