Ground Beef is made from the trim of the Beef Steaks, Chuck Roast and Inside Round. The Ground Beef is mixed by hand before going through the grinder. D9 Meats hand mixes each batch so the average fat content will range between 85/15% to 90/10%. The meat is a High-Choice/Prime Grade and is USDA-Inspected.
