Beef - Porterhouse Steaks

Beef Porterhouse Steaks come packed two steaks to a package.  Porterhouse Steaks are cut 1-inch thick.   Average weight between 2-lbs 4-oz to 2-lbs 8oz.  Porterhouse Steaks contain the Filet on one side of the T-Bone and the New York Steak on the other side.  Meat grade is High Choice to Prime.

Price is per pound $19/lb.  Due to the variance in actual weight, a 50% deposit is required when placing your order, with the actual balance due when you pick up your order.
