35-lb Ground Beef Package

35 one-lb packages of USDA Ground Beef.  Ground Beef is made from the trim of the Beef Steaks, Chuck Roast and Inside Round.  The Ground Beef is mixed by hand before going through the grinder.  D9 Meats hand mixes each batch so the average fat content will range between 85/15% to 90/10%.  The meat is a High-Choice/Prime Grade and is USDA-Inspected. 

Pre-Order for pick up at one of the Farmers Markets or Meat Processing Facility.  Unable to assemble package at the Farmers Market due to limited number of meat items.
